Caribbean Crust Pizza was born from the creative minds at Down Island Culinary Innovations, and built around one mission: crafting the perfect crust—it’s literally in the name.
Months of R&D went into every detail: the type of salt, custom-imported Italian flour milled from heirloom European wheat with zero GMOs, the finest extra-virgin oils, dough hydration levels dialed in for our unique island climate. Everything had to be perfect—or there would be no launch.
With the crust locked in, the rest was right in our culinary wheelhouse. We source only the best ingredients—no compromises. Spicy smoked pepperoni imported from Europe and hand-sliced in-house. Fresh jumbo portobello caps. Choice Roma tomatoes. Olives from Lecinno, Italy. Meats slow-smoked in-house over live fire hardwood. A collection of house-made sauces to suit most any palate. Vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. Nothing frozen. Nothing mass-produced. Ever.
